1. We recommend booking spa services in advance to ensure availability. Reservations can be made online, via phone, or at the hotel reception.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
3. Guests who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
4. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs at the time of booking. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions.
5. If you are pregnant, please inform us so we can recommend suitable treatments. Some services may not be advisable during pregnancy.
6. To maintain a serene environment, we kindly ask that you speak softly and turn off your mobile phones.
7. We provide robes, towels, and slippers for your comfort. Please wear appropriate attire during your visit.
8. Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive spa treatments. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

– Pool Operation Hours: The swimming pool is open daily from 6:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Please respect these hours and refrain from entering the pool area outside of the designated times.
– No Lifeguard on Duty: Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk, and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
– Appropriate Swimwear: All guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear while using the pool. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not wearing suitable attire. If you require swimwear, you may rent or purchase it at the hotel. Please contact the front desk for assistance.
– Shower Before Use: To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool, we kindly request that all guests take a shower before entering the pool area.
– Pool Rules: Guests must follow all posted pool rules and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in management asking the guest to leave the pool area. This includes, but is not limited to, running, diving, excessive noise, and horseplay.
– Liability: Hotel management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained while using the swimming pool. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children.
– Personal Belongings: Hotel management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the pool area. Please ensure that you keep your valuables secure at all times.
– Pool Access: The swimming pool is exclusively for the use of registered hotel guests. Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest and obtain prior approval from the hotel management.
– Pool Safety: Running, jumping, diving, or horseplay is strictly prohibited in and around the pool area.
– Pool Capacity: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pool capacity may be limited. Please respect the instructions provided by our staff members.
– Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area. Please use the hotel’s designated dining facilities for any food and beverage consumption.
– Glassware Prohibition: For the safety of our guests, no glassware is permitted in the pool area.
– Health and Hygiene: Guests with open wounds, skin conditions, or any contagious illness are kindly requested not to use the pool facilities.
– Pool Furniture: Please do not reserve pool chairs or loungers by placing towels or personal belongings on them when not in use.
– Liability Waiver: The hotel is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property that may occur while using the pool facilities. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

– Bikes rented must be in clean and working condition and must be returned in the same condition.
– It is the client’s responsibility to check the bicycle with the hotel staff before starting to use it.
– By fill and sign in disclaimer form The guest agrees to return the bike in clean and undamaged condition to avoid any additional charges for the repair, maintenance, or replacement.
– The guest accepts the use of the equipment and accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment while under his/her possession.
– The guest should agree to pay the additional fee for components replaced.

– Guests can reserve the billiard table at the front desk or concierge. Walk-ins are allowed if the table is available, but reservations take priority.
– Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while using the billiard table.
– Guests are responsible for handling all billiard equipment (cues, balls, chalk) with care. Any damage to the equipment or table may result in charges to the guest’s directly.
– The billiard table is for playing billiards only. Any misuse, such as placing drinks or food on the table, sitting on the table, or using it for purposes other than intended, is strictly prohibited.
– Consumption of food and beverages near the billiard table is not allowed to prevent spills and damage. Guests are advised to use designated dining areas for food and drinks.
– Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any lost or stolen items left in the billiard area.
– Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by hotel staff. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to aggressive play, loud noise, or disruptive conduct, may result in the suspension of billiard table privileges.
