1. The vehicle owner or renter is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle
is in a roadworthy condition before handing it over to Hotel staff.
2. Hotel staff reserve the right to refuse valet parking service to any vehicle that is deemed unsafe or unfit for operation.
3. Hotel staff will not be responsible for any loss or
damage to the vehicle or its contents while in their custody, unless caused as the result of staff actions due to negligence.
4. Hotel staff will not be responsible for any items and valuables left inside the vehicle.
5. The vehicle owner grants Hotel staff
permission to operate the vehicle for the purposes of valet parking. Vehicles may be parked in any of the Hotel’s parking
locations.
6. The vehicle owner must present a valid valet ticket or proof of ownership to reclaim their vehicle.
7. Hotel reserves the right to withhold the return of the
vehicle where the owner can not presents Valet Ticket
8. The vehicle owner or renter must pay all applicable fees for valet parking service before leave the hotel.
9. The vehicle owner must promptly notify Hotel staff of any special instructions or requirements for their vehicle prior to handing the vehicle over for valet service.

1. Above hotel Transportation cover the use of the vehicle chauffeur service, Fuel, highway and parking fee.
2. For Airport Transfer, side trips and waiting time are not allowed. If the passenger requests the driver to wait or to make a side trip, the transaction is converted to a Car Hire instead of a Drop-off / Pick-up.
3. Car Rental Service does not have to end at the Hotel. Every fraction of an hour will be considered a full hour. Parking and toll fees are the responsibility of the hotel.
4. Cancellation notice must be made within 24 hours PRIOR to reporting date and time, otherwise, the full amount of rental shall be charged.
5. Reservations must be made maximum 3 hours before departure time
